By downloading, installing, or using the WabySaby mobile application or visiting our website (wabysaby.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use WabySaby. WabySaby is operated by BedTyme ("we," "our," or "us").
Description of Service
WabySaby is an educational mobile application that provides information about children's sleep. The app includes daily educational lessons, quizzes, and an AI-powered sleep coach. WabySaby is designed to help parents and caregivers understand their child's sleep patterns and make informed decisions.
Not Medical Advice
WabySaby is an educational tool, not a medical service. The content provided through WabySaby — including lessons, quizzes, and AI coaching — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your child's health or sleep.
User Accounts
To use WabySaby, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use WabySaby for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
- Use automated systems to access the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Misuse the AI coach by submitting harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
Intellectual Property
All content in WabySaby — including lessons, quizzes, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of BedTyme and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
AI Coach
The AI sleep coach provides personalized guidance based on the information you provide and established pediatric sleep science. While the coach is designed to be helpful and accurate, AI-generated responses may occasionally be imprecise or incomplete. The AI coach does not replace professional medical advice.
Subscriptions and Payments
WabySaby may offer subscription-based access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to WabySaby. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at daniel.erichsen@bedtyme.co.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BedTyme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of WabySaby. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
WabySaby is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results or improvements in your child's sleep are guaranteed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of WabySaby after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of WabySaby shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
